The Watches Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All original accessories, tags, and invoices must be included.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it with the same product or an equivalent product, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if a replacement is unavailable or approved by our support team. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products.
- Products without original packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your Order Number and product images.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the product back using the provided return address.
- After inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed.
