Return Policy

At The Watches Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, tags, and invoices must be included.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it with the same product or an equivalent product, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed if a replacement is unavailable or approved by our support team. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your Order Number and product images.
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  4. Ship the product back using the provided return address.
  5. After inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed.
