Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability after payment has been received.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Orders where the customer changes their mind after the product has been shipped or delivered.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number along with clear photos or videos of the product.
- Our team will review your request and verify the issue.
- If approved, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not available, the refund may be transferred to your bank account or another mutually agreed payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product sent by The Watches Pakistan.
